The new TWCBA.org web site helps me access them quickly, just when I need them.
The new site was designed through a service grant from the Taproot Foundation, which engaged several web design professionals from throughout the Bay Area to produce a state-of-the-art design.

"The new site is designed to be readily accessible for cancer patients, their caregivers and family members," said James Bouquin, executive Director of TWCBA. "The new domain name and site will help prospective community members find us and learn how to take advantage of the services we offer."

"The Wellness Community offers so many new programs," said Yvonne Veronin, an active 47 year-old metastatic colon cancer survivor. "The new TWCBA.org web site helps me access them quickly, just when I need them."

From its office in Walnut Creek, The Wellness Community (TWC) provides professionally led programs of support and education to people with cancer and their loved ones, no matter what kind of cancer or where they are on their cancer journey. TWC supports people who are newly diagnosed, during and after treatment, through long-term survivorship or advanced disease.

All programs at TWC are provided at no cost to the participant. TWC offers a variety of programs designed to help community members learn more about cancer and its treatment, as well as opportunities to connect with others to learn how to face cancer together.
