I'm glad to have those strengths combined with more technology and marketing expertise from Doug Haugh.

Mansfield is already recognized for some of the most thorough fuel spending audit practices in the industry, helping major retailers, aggregates, waste management and transportation companies to manage their fuel supply needs from order through delivery. According to Michael Mansfield, CEO, the recruiting of Haugh is in line with Mansfield's plans for creating even more value for its customers. "We're exceptionally pleased to add Doug's experience to our management team," stated Mansfield. "Our enterprise customers are faced with terrifically complex challenges in fuel supply, financial controls, and risk management. Under Doug's leadership we can further expand our technology solutions for helping them control their fuel spending."

Haugh will bring to Mansfield a broad range of experience in energy and technology. As a co-founder of FuelQuest, now the leading software management solution for global diesel, gasoline and petroleum, he developed fuel supply chain, environmental compliance, and tax management solutions across the downstream energy industry for clients like Wal-Mart, Ryder, 7-Eleven, UPS and Chevron. With co-founder Rich Cilento, Haugh received the Entrepreneur of the Year in Energy award from Ernest & Young in 2006. Prior to FuelQuest, he coordinated distributor development activities for Exxon in the Western US. Haugh graduated magna cum laude from Clemson University in Chemical Engineering and holds an MBA in Technology Management.

Haugh is the latest addition to an impressive executive management team. J. Alexander, Mansfield Oil President and COO, was previously the Vice President of Operations for Louis Dreyfus Energy Corp. In 2005, Alexander became Executive Vice President of TransMontaigne when that business was acquired. In those roles, Alexander was responsible for managing all aspects of operations and information technology and has added overall administrative responsibility.

Mansfield's Executive Vice President of Operations, John Byrd, oversees operations, including customer service and support, fuel logistics, fuel dispatch, and operational accounting. Byrd was previously the Vice President of Accounting and Administration for TransMontaigne, where he managed the accounting and business processes for a publicly traded Fortune 500 Company. Prior to his career with TransMontaigne, Byrd was a Senior Manager at Arthur Anderson.

"J. Alexander and John Byrd have provided significant financial risk management, business process, and industry domain expertise to our management team. With their help we've continued to deliver new customer-focused solutions and to grow 26% last year," says Mansfield. "I'm glad to have those strengths combined with more technology and marketing expertise from Doug Haugh."
